I just don't understand what people do in the middle of the night that sounds like roller skating! I just about lost it when I read "except for the lady who live above us who rearranges her furniture at least 3 nights a week at like 1 am." I have no idea what this phenomenon is, but everyone I know that lives here has had THAT upstairs neighbor. Yes, the one who appears to rearrange furniture all hours of the night. WHAT IS THAT????
